Relax and soak up the peace and tranquility of Denbury Farm in Elm Cottage at least 200 years old with many olde worlde features including beams, two-foot thick walls with exposed stonework and a charming arched window. The Cottage has three bedrooms that will sleep 6 people + cot. There is a large lawn area to the front of the Cottage with garden furniture and barbeque facilities.

Elm Cottage is just a minutes walk to the Lakes for a relaxing Fishing Holidays or an adventurous Wildlife Holidays. There is ample car parking for two cars in the Cottage car park. Additional car parking is available in the Farm House Yard and parking area. The Kitchen is modern with a built-in refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a combined washing machine dryer and full size double oven and hob. The Lounge Diner are combined open plan. The Lounge having a three piece suite, a 32″ wide screen television with Sky Free View. Free Internet and a Wildlife Monitor showing the 24/7 Denbury Farm Live Wildlife Webcams. The Dining area has a large dining table that extend to accommodate seating for all those occupying the Cottage.

The Second Bedroom. A large bedroom first floor having a full size double bed.
The Third Bedroom. A good sized first floor bedroom having bunk beds.
The Large Bathroom is on the first floor.
